The Project is limited to an approximately 2,147-foot long section of riparian and channel enhancements along Lynch Creek including: (1) culvert removal at the South and North Fork Lynch Creek confluence, (2) channel restoration at the South and North Fork confluence, (3) installation of two cross vane structures on the South Fork Lynch Creek to reduce active erosion, and (4) expansion of inet floodplains along the South Fork Lynch Creek to dissipate the energy of high flows.
