Document Description
This is a native habitat restoration project in an urban setting in an actively managed creek. The purpose of the project is to enhance the creek's habitat by excavating a flood plain, grading and revegetating stream banks, installing erosion contorl, and planting native trees and shrubs throughout the site. The completed project is intended to stabilize stream banks, restore native riparian vegetation, and provide public education of stream restoration. The beneficiaries of the project are the local residents and users of the park.
