Document Description
Department of Fish and Wildlife is proposing to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2013-0156-R5. The Applicant proposes to remove approximately 10,000 cubic yards of silt from the pond bottom; place the spoils on back of the dam, key and compact under the supervision of a soils engineer; use rip rap and gabions to protect the spillway erosion; install a small silt barrier at the pond inflow; and use bentonite clay to line approximately one acre of the bottom pond, reducing seepage. The project will not result in an increase to the overall footprint of the pond.
