Document Description
Department of Fish and Wildlife is proposing to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2013-0175-R5. The Applicant proposes to remove approximately 2,500 cubic yards of silt from the bottom of the pond and remove approximately 350 square feet of vegetation on the north end of the lake and around the inlet to the pond that is restricting flow to the pond. The silt from the pond will be used to reshape the face, top, and back of dam. Equipment to be used includes a bull dozer, a dump truck, and hand tools. The project will not result in an increase to the overall footprint of the pond.
