Document Description
The project proposes to replace the current bridge to enhance seismic safety, scour safety, and live load capability. In addition, the project will reduce further congestion, improve traffic operations, improve pedestrian/bicycle safety, and improve the local circulation system. The State Lands Commission action is an approval of a 20-year General Lease – Public Agency Use through February 1, 2044, for the installation and use of a 16-inch water line attached to the new bridge.
