Document Description
The project proposes to upgrade or replace the current bridge to enhance seismic safety, scour safety, and live load capability; reduce future congestion; improve traffic operations; improve pedestrian/bicycle safety; and improve the local circulation system. The entire project study area includes the intersections of 7th Street with B Street/Tuolumne Boulevard north of the river, and 7th Street with Crows Landing Road south of the river. The State Lands Commission action is an amendment of a 49-year Master Lease; Acceptance of Lease Quitclaim Deed; and Issuance of a 20 year General Lease – Public Agency Use through December 9, 2042.
