Document Description
The UCSF proposes to construct temporary construction trailers on Block 34 in support of the development of Block 33 at the UCSF Mission Bay campus site. The project involves construction of approx. 9,653 sq. ft. of temporary modular office space utilizing pre-manufactured trailers anchored on the ground, and the installation of access ramps and stairways as well as power, data, water, sewer, fire sprinkler and fire alarm connections. The proposed construction trailers would house all key members of the building design, construction, and delivery teams for the upcoming Block 33 project. The proposed project is consistent with the UCSF 2014 Long Range Development Plan.
