Document Description
The Project consists of an amendment (Amendment #1) to the 2014 UC San Francisco Long Range Development Plan (LRDP) to enable the interim use of land currently designated for open space for temporary child care. The Project will facilitate the replacement of an existing temporary child care facility accommodating 85 slots with a larger temporary facility accommodating approx. 272 slots, located immediately adjacent the existing facility. The amendment revises the functional zone map the Mission Bay campus site by adding a "Support" functional zone overlay to Block 18C, while maintaining the underlying "Open Space" functional zone. The Overlay zone will sunset or expire when permanent open space is developed on the site.
