Document Description
On November 20, 2012, the Dublin City Council adopted a resolution approving the initiation of a General Plan and Specific Plan Amendment Study to change the land use designation from Retail/Office to Medium Density Residential. Following demolition of the Heritage Park Office Complex, the 6.6 acre project site would be developed with 54 small-lot single-family homes on 5.85 acres, and a three story 14,000 sf office building on the remaining 0.75 acres. The proposed project also includes relocation of an existing cell tower within the project site.
