Document Description
Minor Subdivision of a 16,830 sf Lot into Two Parcels. This project is the split of one parcel into two parcels. Presently the parcel is developed with two residences. The subdivision would result in each resulting parcel being developed with one of the existing residences - no development would occur or be possible as a result of this subdivision. If approved, proposed Lot A would be 10,047 sf and Lot B would be 6,783 sf. An existing shed would be removed as a condition of approval; all other structures would meet the required construction setback. Parcels utilize public water and public sewer services. Access to each parcel is from Barker Street.
