New 45 acre-foot raw water reservoir with a maximum depth of 24 feet to cover approximately 6.5 acres. New reservoir would store water diverted Waterfall Gulch and would tie in to existing water lines at the intersection with Brush Creek Road. The reservoir would provide new storage facility for the water currently directly diverted from existing Point of Diversion authorized under Water Right License 12171.
