Document Description
The proposed Project entails the installation of 310 feet of eight inch pipe (polyvinyl chloride [pvc] or ductile iron) along Locksley Lane and an above ground pressure reducing station with space to temporarily locate a generator and pump during emergency situations. A CEQA IS was completed in order to determine if the proposed Project would have any significant impacts to environmental resources. It was determined that the proposed Project would not have a significant effect on the environment and a Neg Dec has been prepared.
