Document Description
Restoration of former salt-evaporation ponds in Ravenswood area to tidal wetlands and enhanced pond habitats, improvements of flood protection levees, creation of upland transition zones adjacent to wetlands, and construction of public access facilities. In the Alviso Island Ponds area (between Mud Slough and Coyote Creek), the project will breach and lower existing levees to improve tidal exchange in Pond A19.
