CDFW has executed lake and streambed alteration agreement no. 1600-2014-0020-R6 [Revision 2], pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code to the project applicant, Terracina Investors, LLC, c/o Spectrum Communities. The Terracina Residential Development Project is limited to the development of six villages, containing a total of 468 residential lots, graded slopes, infrastructure (streets), a park, detention/water quality basins, and natural open space areas, within the 150.80 acre parcel. The project will permanently fill ephemeral streambed habitat and associated riparian vegetation as a result of the residential development construction.
