Document Description
The San Diego Regional Water quality Control Board is issuing a Clean Water Act Section 401 water quality certification (Cert. No. R9-2019-0196) to the project applicant. The applicant proposes to install new steel pole & remove existing wood pole along TL 625 that will have permanent & temporary impacts to an emergent freshwater wetland. Mitigation bank credits will be purchased. This project is part of a larger project to replace & re-conductor existing power lines/distribution lines located within and outside of the Cleveland National Forest. All areas of disturbance will be re-contoured to the original conditions & re-vegetated with native species when done.
