SDRWQCB is issuing a Clean Water Act Section 401 water quality certification (Cert. No. R9-2015-0142) to the project applicant. The applicant proposes to replace wood poles with steel poles using the direct-bury method at 4 locations (pole nos. Z40577, Z40980, Z40981, and Z872454) along Tie Line 629 that will have permanent and/or temporary impacts to jurisdictional aquatic resources. This project is part of a larger project to replace and reconductor existing power lines and distribution lines located within the outside of the Cleveland National Forest.
