Document Description
The project proposes a new 3,878-foot (0.74-mile) Class I Bicycle and Pedestrian Path from McDougall Street to Castroville Boulevard. The proposed bike path will include a new pedestrian/bicycle bridge, approximately 1,170 ft in length, over the UPRR track and right of way, to provide a convenient and safer railroad crossing for bicyclists and pedestrians. The proposed project will require a Local Coastal Plan Amendment and Combined Development Permit, including a Coastal Development Permit and Use Permit (PLN130153).
