The proposal includes associated infrastructure improvements, such as auto/trailer parking, landscaping, street improvements and drainage basins. The building's internal clear height is approximately 36 feet (32' to 40'). Potential uses include warehousing, distribution, assembly, manufacturing and similar permitted industrial uses.
