Document Description
Note: Review Per Lead The project is the preparation and adoption of a Downtown Specific Plan for the Downtown District. Because portions of the Downtown District are within the Coastal Zone, the project also includes a Coastal Plan Amendment to ensure consistency between the Coastal Land Use Plan and the Downtown Specific Plan. The Plan would replace the existing Bayside Specific Plan and any currently applicable standards from the 1984 General Plan. The Project will establish standards, strategies, and policies guided by the following concepts established in the LUCE and through the project's community outreach.
