Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2013-0304-R5) to the project applicant, City of Laguna Beach. The project proposes to impact 0.12 acre of streambed, including 0.04 acre of permanent impact and 0.08 acre of temporary impact. The project will also restore the stream through 0.54 acre of creation, restoration and/or enhancement.
