Based on comments raised during the original Draft EIR's comment period. DWR determined that the Draft EIR warranted revisions and preparation of a recirculated EIR. The recirculated draft EIR project remains mostly unchanged, with the addition of an alternative option for the channel along the fairgrounds segment. DWR is proposing to modify the existing emergency release structure and construct a water conveyance facility that would release and convey emergency flows from Lake Perris in the event of an emergency drawdown. The proposed project would upgrade the existing outlet structure and develop a conveyance facility composed of levees and channels connecting to the Perris Valley hannel. The recirculated Draft EIR includes the following sections only: ES 1.0 Intro, 2.0 project description, 3.3 biological AONs: 302270008, 302270007, 302140010, 302210014, 303360005, 302270010, 302210012.
