This proposed project involves adding general-purpose lanes in each direction on 1-5, including widening the bridge at Aliso Creek and replacing in kind two concrete channels located adjacent to the 1-5 northbound exit to El Toro Road. The Project will result in impacts including temporary impacts to 0.273 acre of streambed and 0.001 acre herbaceous riparian vegetation; and permanent impacts to 0.251 acre of streambed including 0.101 acre of earthen bottom.
