Document Description
Aquatic herbicides containing acrolein and/or copper will be used to control aquatic vegetation in its canals, laterals, and basins. Control of this vegetation is necessary in order to efficiently convey water. James Irrigation District has prepared the Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration to meet requirements of 1) The State Implementation Policy (SIP) Section 5.3 and 2) NPDES Permit #CAG990005 (#2013-0002-DWQ).
