General Plan Amendment (GPA) to end Camino Arroyo at Venture Way and re-align future extension of Cameron Blvd. and Venture Way. Planned Unit Development (PUD) Rezoning (of APNs 841-17-100, 841-17-101, 841-17-104 through 112, 841-17-115, and 841-84-001 through -009) to recognize the GPA changes and modify flooding, lighting, and sign criteria. Architectural and Site Permit for construction of a ~800,000 s.f. warehouse and distribution facility, a ~10,000 s.f. truck maintenance building and associated fueling, parking, landscaping and storm-water treatment facilities on a ~53-acre site (APNs 841-17-111, -112, and -115).
