Document Description
The project applicant is proposing to develop a total of approximately 802,000 sf of warehouse and distribution uses, which would consist of a warehouse and distribution center, ancillary office space, a truck maintenance building (with a fueling island), on-site surface parking for employees and trucks serving the project, and related infrastructure improvements. The project would likely be constructed in two phases, with each construction phase lasting approximately 12 months; timing and scope of the ultimate phasing would depend on market demand and other factors. The proposed project would involve the warehousing and distribution primarily of food and other grocery goods to retailers throughout the region.
