The Project proposes the project is limited to one encroachment for aggregate extraction from the seasonally dry channel of the Van Duzen River for commercial purposes. The Permittee proposes to extract up to 3,000 cubic yards annually or 9,000 cubic yards every third year of gravel from the PL-Van Duzen Bar extraction site.
