The California Department of Public Health (Department) is a responsible agency for this project. The Department's Safe Drinking Water Proposition 84 Program is providing state funds for the project. Bass Lake Joint Union School District (Oak Creek Intermediate School) proposes to complete the following objectives in their feasibility study: preparation of a draft preliminary design report, consolidation and water service agreement completion, completion of required CEQA documentation, completion of final plans and specifications, cross connection survey, and review of annexation options.
