Document Description
The proposed project will replace the outdated chilled water system and involves construction of a chiller plant to replace the existing outdated chiller. The footprint of the plant will be approximately 14 feet by 38 feet. The project also includes installation of approximately 2,000 feet of piping to connect the new chiller to exisitng water lines. Existing damaged water lines will be replaced, as necessary. Placement of new water lines will be placed within previously disturbed areas. Out-dated equipjment (pipes, valves and pumps) related to the conveyance of chilled water, will also be replaced in 18 buildings. All work in the buildings will occur in the interior spaces.
