Document Description
The proposed project will conduct routine maintenance and improvements at the Frank Raines Regional OHV Park located on Del Puerto Canyon Road approximately 18 miles west of the City of Patterson. The project would fund a full-time Park Maintenance Worker III and additional seasonal maintenance workers to perform the following maintenance activities: fee collection, cleaning bathrooms, trail maps, mowing, edging, maintaining kiosks, supporting volunteers, trash collection, campground improvements, graffiti and vandalism repair, park traffic control, purchasing small tools and cleaning supplies, replacing sign boards, water system maintenance and testing, electrical repairs, rules enforcement, repairs to the buildings, enhancing emergency response, maintaining physical barriers to control OHV use, and protecting water quality.
