Document Description
Retrofit existing street and sidewalk area to install alternative stormwater treatment facilities at selected sites within the public right-of-way and the margins of certain private parcels along the heavily travelled, densely developed urban corridor of San Pablo Avenue. Theese treatment facilities are intended to remove urban runoff pollutants and detain stormwater runoff volumes prior to its discharge into existing storm drain pipes or receiving water bodies. In addition to water quality and hydrologic improvements, the project will beautify the right of-way for the community.
