Document Description
The proposed project is the 40th Annual Midnight Madness Fun Bicycle Ride, which will take place on August 3, 2013. The District will provide event sponsorship and financial assistance for the event, a 17-mile midnight bicycle ride hosted by Hostelling International. The bicycle route starts at Liberty Station in San Diego and runs along the waterfront through Harbor Island and and Shelter Islant and then through Point Loma before ending at the starting line.
