Document Description
The project would upgrade the exisitng one pump lift staion and controls to a two pump alternation system at La Purisima Mission State Historic Park. The lift station pump upgrades is necessary to ensure a consistent and redundant sewage processing station. Failure of the single pump could result in a sewage spill creating a health and safety situation and a public health violation. A two pump lift station is preferred over one for these reasonsl.
