Document Description
The purpose of the Project is to replace a failed culvert crossing with a bridge structure to restore access to the Fern Creek trailhead. The failed culvert was removed in 2010. The bridge will be constructed in the same location as the prior culvert. The concrete abutments will be constructed outside the ordinary high water mark of the stream, and the stream banks will be restored to pre-Project conditions after construction.
