Document Description
The proposed project involves the repair of an existing AT&T subsurface telecommunication facility on Shelter Island Drive. In order to expose the existing conduit, two 4-foot-long by 4-foot-wide assist pits will be excavated to a depth of approximately three feet. Next, the two damaged areas of the cable line will be removed and replaced. All surfaces will be restored to preconstruction conditions once construction is complete. In addition, a City of San Diego-approved traffic control plan will be implemented throughout the duration of project construction.
