Document Description
The proposed project consists of the replacement of an outdated and inefficient multi-zone HVAC system and re-roofing of the building. The project building was built in 1971. The work includes replacing rooftop HVAC units, redesign of rooftop ductwork, installation of parapet louvered screening around HVAC units and replacing the roof in kind. The HVAC system has experienced frequent repair calls. The roof has passed its engineered life. The project will improve the work environment for DMV's staff and clients and provide a more energy efficient HVAC system.
