Document Description
The proposed project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing roof-mounted HVAC system and the associated electrical work. The building was built in 1989. Four outdated units and ductwork will be replaced in kind. Minor patching of the roof due to the work will be completed as needed. The work will improve the work environment for DMV's staff and clients and provide a more energy efficient HVAC system.
