Document Description
The proposed project consists of the replacement of an outdated and inefficient HVAC system, installation of an energy management system, interior lighting and ceiling renovation, ADA compliance upgrades, replacement of fencing and parking lot re-paving. The project building was built in 1981. The work includes replacing roof-mounted HVAC units and ductwork in kind. The exisitng wall and door to the roof penthouse will be replaced. The interior lighting and ceiling will be replaced with current energy efficient standard lighting. Interior ADA compliance upgrades and modifications will be made to meet current Title 24 requirements. The building interior and exterior will be repainted to match existing. The existing concrete block fencing surrounding the parking lot will be replaced with wrought iron fencing and an electric security gate.
