Document Description
As part of the Agnecy's program to upgrade security, the French Meadows, Middle Fork and Ralston Powerhouses have been identified as sites in need of replacement and/or additional fencing in order to protect against vandalism, trespassing, and encroachment. The security work would consist of fencing and gates to surround Agency property with 8-foot high chain link fence with victory arms and 3-strands of barbed wire on perimeter and gated access. Metal handrails will be replaced with non-conductive handrails. There will be minimal soil disturbance involved with fence replacement and post installation.
