Document Description
The proposed project is the issuance a temporary entry agreement for Shell Oil Products US (Shell Oil) to access the DMV property. The Sonoma County Environmental Heath Division Division (SCEHD) approved a monitoring well destruction permit that is located on DMV property. The temporary entry agreement would allow Shell Oil to complete its requirements for case closure of an Underground Storage Tank Investigation at the adjacent Shell Oil service station.
