Document Description
The project is the California Department of Toxic Substances Control's (DTSC's) approval of a Class 1* Permit Modification to the Hazardous Waste Facility Post-Closure Permit previously issued to BP West Coast Products, LLC on January 26, 2004. The Class 1* Permit Modification would change the company ownership name (and mailing address) to Tesoro Refining and Marketing, LLC. All previous Post-Closure Permit requirements would remain in effect. This approval is being granted pursuant to DTSC's regulatory authority under California Code of Regulations, Title 22, section 66270.42.
