This project will treat and remove 11 invasive tamarisk shrubs, control 1000 square feet of Himalayan blackberry, remove 8 invasive eucalyptus trees and 7 native cottonwood trees that are clogging the channel. All trees to be removed are 1-6" DBH and will be replaced by planting 50 new native trees along the project stretch.
