Project consists of the sale and assignment of 400 square feet of restored class 1, 2, 3 restoration credit, from Conservancy-owned land to a receiving parcel on which repairs will be made to the existing residence and a garage will be constructed. The transfer enables the receiving landowner to cary out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the Class 1, 2, 3 areas within the Lake Tahoe Basin.
