The Applicant, Cordova 83 Properties, LLC, is requesting a General Plan Amendment, Specific Plan Amendment, and Rezone of their property in the Laguna Ridge Specific Plan from HIgh Density Residential to Commercial (the "Project"). Approval of the application will allow the Applicant to develop this site in concert with adjacent commercial property as one integrated development. Commercial development on the subject property cannot occur without the proposed changes to the General Plan, Laguna Ridge Specific Plan, and Zoning Map.
