Document Description
The proposed project would remove an 8,000 gallon aboveground storage tank (AST) and associated appurtenances, including but not limited to, dispensers, fuel pumps, tank footings, lighting structure, drive pads, fuel supply and vapor recovery lines, associated aboveground piping, waste oil tank, bollards and any additional items needing to be removed to bring the site back to the condition it was prior to the installation of the AST. If soil contamination related to the AST is discovered, the project will also include removal of up to 50 tons of contaminated soil. If contamination is more extensive, the remediation will be considered a separate action for purchases of CEQA. Any removal action will comply with applicable State and local environmental permitting requirements.
