Document Description
The project involves creek bank/road shoulder stabilization along 13 linear feet of Easkoot Creek. Once aquatic species have been relocated and the work site dewatered, the creek bank and road shoulder will be excavated to about one-foot below the channel bed elevation and approxiately 2-foot wide along the length of repair. The 12-foot by two-foot trench will be backfilled with 18-inch class riprap. The riprap will be placed into the keyway trench and filled to within about one-half of a foot from the road surface elevation. The riprap will then be capped with native soil, and salvaged grasses will be replanted. SAA #1600-2013-0153-R3.
