Document Description
The project involves reconstructing the partially burned booster pump shed located midway on Boucher Lookout, removing nearby hazardous trees, and new electrical service. Dedicated main shutoff and drain valves located near the bottom of Boucher Lookout Road shall be replaced. Damaged plastic water pipe will be replaced near the top of lookout hill and relocated away from the new communication tower, closer to the west-facing road. The top of the cistern located inside the generator building, west of lookout tower will be replaced or coated and new controls installed. A new hose bib with a drinker and standpipe near the walway will be installed. There will be minimal trenching around/near the Booster Pump house. Burial depth of the existing water line is 14"-20". Valve burial depth will be similar. Hazardous tree/s removal is necessary.
