Document Description
The proposed project would improve the accessibility, functionality and American's with Disabilities Act compliance of the existing State owned office building, which was constructed in 1973. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: resurfacing of existing asphalt concrete (AC) pavement, restriping of parking stalls, and construction of new concrete sidewalks and accessible path of travel and entry, as well as interior renovation of various items such as restrooms, drinking fountains, cabinetry, signage, finishes, wall and door changes, and replacement of flooring materials. Repair of curbs, ceilings, and walls at locations of renovation will take place as needed.
