Document Description
In September 2013, a barrier spanning 2700 linear feet will be installed parallel to and approxiately 20 feet from Highway 1 between Freedom Blvd. and Rio Del Mar Blvd. The barrier will consist of a 3-foot high chain link fence with aluminum flashing attached to it. The flashing will be buried 12 inches and exposed above ground 12 inches.
