Document Description
Garson Entertainment Group proposes a music and events venue located on the reservation of the Morongo Band of Mission Indians, west of Cabazon, CA. The project proposes a main, open amphitheater with seating for a 15,000-18,000 persons, a tent of 80,000 sf with a capacity of 10,000 persons, a Beach Club with a capacity of 2,500 persons and a Forest venue which would feature a heavily landscaped area with small performance areas for approximately 500 persons. All of the venues can operate simultaneously in a festival setting, however, it is anticipated that the Main Amphitheater, Beach Club of Tent venue would primarily be used. The Beach Club venue may be operated on a daily basis.
