Approval of a use permit to construct a 60,000 gallon per year winery to allow two winery buildings, totaling 24,210 sf in area, hosted daily tours and tastings by appointment only for a max of 25 persons per day, and a marketing program to permit six events per year with a max of 25 guests, six events per year with a max of 50 guests, and three events per year with a max of 100 guests. Proposed hours of operation: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (production hours, except during harvest) and 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, 7-days a week. The project would also include demolition of five existing buildings.
